At Art by Alba, we carefully package and ship each order with the goal of ensuring your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition. Shipping times and methods may vary depending on the type of product ordered.
Original artwork and select items are packaged and shipped directly by Art by Alba. Processing times for these orders may vary depending on artwork preparation, packaging requirements, and order volume. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.
Certain products, including prints, merchandise, and made-to-order items, may be fulfilled and shipped through trusted third-party print-on-demand production partners. These items are produced specifically for each order and may ship separately from original artwork. Production and shipping timelines for print-on-demand items may vary depending on product type, destination, and supplier processing times.
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Art by Alba is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier or fulfillment provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees before reshipment can occur.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
