Refund Policy

At Art by Alba, each artwork is created and handled with great care. Due to the original and often one-of-a-kind nature of the work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and clear photographs of the damage to both the artwork and packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance that may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of original artwork. We also do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect address submissions, or delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

In the event that a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
